At Iron Glyph Studio, we create custom digital branding assets, AI-generated logos, and design services tailored to each client’s unique requirements. Because our products and services are digital in nature and often customized specifically for each customer, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical goods. Similar policies are common among digital design and logo providers.
Digital Products
All digital products sold through Iron Glyph Studio are considered final sale.
This includes:
- AI-generated logos
- Branding kits
- Social media graphics
- Digital design assets
- Downloadable templates
- Business card designs
- Brand style guides
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once files have been generated, delivered, downloaded, or made available to the customer.
Custom Design Services
Custom design work requires time, creative effort, and resource allocation that cannot be recovered once work has begun.
Before Work Begins
Customers may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase provided that no design work, research, consultation, or project preparation has started.
After Work Has Started
Once any of the following has occurred, refunds are no longer available:
- Design concepts have been created
- AI generations have been processed
- Drafts or previews have been delivered
- Revisions have been requested
- Final files have been prepared or delivered
At this stage, Iron Glyph Studio has already invested time and resources into the project.
Revisions
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Where applicable, purchased packages may include a specified number of revisions. Revision allowances will be outlined on the product or service page.
Revisions are intended to refine an existing concept and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues such as:
- Corrupted files
- Missing files
- Download problems
- Incorrect file delivery
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to provide corrected files or replacement downloads at no additional cost.
Subscription Services
If Iron Glyph Studio offers subscription-based services, customers may cancel future renewals at any time through their account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Services remain active until the end of the paid subscription term.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Iron Glyph Studio reserves the right to provide project records, communications, proof of delivery, and acceptance history to payment processors when responding to disputes.
Ownership and Usage Rights
Ownership and commercial usage rights for completed designs transfer to the customer only after full payment has been received.
Any refund, reversal, or chargeback voids the customer’s right to use the associated design assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
